On February 7-9th, 2017, Principal Steve Wilcox will attend and participate in the 32nd Annual MD&M West Conference, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. This conference is the largest in North America for product development industry professionals.
Steve will present on Tuesday, February 7th, on use errors and human factors research. He will also be on a panel discussion about understanding users’ needs that day. On Thursday, February 9th, Steve will participate in a panel discussion about innovation in product development.
