On February 7-9^th, 2017, Principal Steve Wilcox will attend and participate in the 32^nd Annual MD&M West Conference, held at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA. This conference is the largest in North America for product development industry professionals.

Steve will present on Tuesday, February 7^th, on use errors and human factors research. He will also be on a panel discussion about understanding users’ needs that day. On Thursday, February 9^th, Steve will participate in a panel discussion about innovation in product development.
